Built on a Lifetime of Construction Experience
Milan Construction & Management brings together hands-on building knowledge, thoughtful design guidance, and professional project coordination — serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Chatham area and surrounding New Jersey communities.
From Investment Properties to a Full-Service Contractor
Mark Milan has been around construction his entire life. His father was a builder, and Mark worked with him from an early age. He has been a general contractor for many years, with much of his earlier contracting work involving his own investment properties, rental renovations, and select outside clients.
As word spread through prior clients and referrals, Milan Construction grew into a full-service general contracting company serving outside homeowners and commercial clients across the Chatham area and surrounding New Jersey communities.
Mark's design background — informing how layouts, materials, and finishes come together — is a core part of what the company brings to every project.

Design-Conscious, Detail-Driven
We approach construction as an integrated effort: planning, design decisions, trade coordination, and finish work are considered together. That's how a renovation ends up feeling like one considered result rather than a collection of separate decisions.
