Mark Milan grew up in the industry, learning the trade from his father, John Milan - a respected builder who spent his career constructing both residential homes and commercial projects across New Jersey and Florida, including well-known developments, retail chains, corporate sites and warehousing among others. That foundation shaped Mark's approach to craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the pride that comes from building something meant to last.

Over the past 45+ years, Mark has continued that legacy through extensive work on investment properties, home restorations, rental renovations, commercial spaces and other select client projects. His background in graphic design adds a unique dimension to the company's work, blending structural expertise with an eye for layout, materials, and finishes that elevate every space.

Milan Construction's strength also comes from its partnership with Marius, whose lifelong construction experience - which also includes residential and major commercial projects and retail build-outs – brings European precision and technical depth to the team.

Mars, also originally from Poland, adds more than 20 years of residential renovation and remodelling experience. Known for his exceptional project management and finish-carpentry skills, Mars ensures that every detail is executed with care, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Based in Summit, NJ, he brings a deep understanding of local homes, materials, and client expectations.

Monica provides the operational leadership behind Milan Construction, drawing on years of corporate project-management experience implementing complex IT systems, driving business development, and leading marketing strategy. As a daughter of immigrants who understands the importance of trust, transparency, and financial stewardship, she oversees client communication and backend operations with care and precision. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Monica helps Milan Construction serve a broader community while ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
